JCB Friday Night Live Summer Concerts Are Back!

Friday, June 8, will be the second outdoor JCB Friday Night Live concert of the summer.

At 7 pm the Reunion Band will hit the Don Hill Stage at the Southern Indiana Center for the Arts in Seymour, Indiana.  The concert is free and open to the public.

Featuring a classic rock repertoire, the Reunion Band will play until 9 pm.  The audience is encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets, and outside food and drink is welcome.

Before the concert begins there will be a reception in the SICA Gallery for Justin whose artwork is currently on exhibit there for the month of June.  Justin is a horse and he will be there Friday night to meet his fans and demonstrate his painting technique.  The meet-the-artist reception starts at 5:30 pm and is free and open to the public.  Families are encouraged to come and meet Justin.

On Friday, June 15, JCB Friday Night Live brings to the stage Rubber Revolver.  Calling themselves a Beatles tribute, Rubber Revolver will rock the audience that night with classic Beatles music.

Elements of Jazz will return to the stage again this year on Friday, June 22.  Performing light jazz and  swing,  Elements of Jazz has been a popular tradition at SICA year after year.

The contemporary bluegrass music of Powder Keg Stewgrass will be featured on Friday, June 29.  This new band has been making a name for itself in the region with a fresh bluegrass sound.

JCB is sponsoring the Friday Night Live concert series.  SICA is located at 2001 N. Ewing St. in Seymour.  For more information about the concert or to find out more about SICA call 812-522-2278.
